We are experiencing slowdowns for some of our sites and are working to resolve this issue as soon as possible.
We want to inform you that one of our web servers experienced an incident on September 11, 2025, between 2:30 PM and 6:00 PM ET. During this period, roughly half of our customers’ sites were impacted, leading to noticeable slowdowns.
By 6:00 PM ET, the server had fully recovered, and all services returned to normal. The issue was caused by unexpected server stress, and we are actively investigating the root cause. We will provide further updates as our investigation progresses.

Resolved. MyRec.com has implemented a new email service for our Basic Service that has significantly improved system email deliverability times and reliability.
Currently there is a delay in delivery of system emails.
