Online payment processing has been restored. We identified a technical issue affecting a small number of transactions during the outage and are currently reviewing affected accounts. If anything on your account needs correction, we will follow up directly. We appreciate your patience.
9:45am EST – Update: Sites Restored, Payment Processing Issue Identified
All MyRec.com sites are back up. As part of routine maintenance, file uploads are temporarily disabled — this does not affect any other part of your account, and we expect to restore this feature soon.
Additionally, we’re currently experiencing an issue with online payment processing across all sites. Cash and check payments are not affected. Our team is aware and actively working on a fix. We will post an update by 11am, regardless of progress.
