    An outage of MyRec.com occurred overnight on January 1, 2026 that was resolved around 2:30 pm EST.

  • 9/19/25: Status

    7:30pm EST – Slowdowns have been resolved. Thank you for your patience! We are experiencing slowdowns for some of our sites and are working to resolve this issue as soon as possible.

  • 9/11/25 Incident

    We want to inform you that one of our web servers experienced an incident on September 11, 2025, between 2:30 PM and 6:00 PM ET. During this period, roughly half of our customers’ sites were impacted, leading to noticeable slowdowns. By 6:00 PM ET, the server had fully recovered, and all services returned to normal.…
