We want to inform you that one of our web servers experienced an incident on September 11, 2025, between 2:30 PM and 6:00 PM ET. During this period, roughly half of our customers’ sites were impacted, leading to noticeable slowdowns. By 6:00 PM ET, the server had fully recovered, and all services returned to normal.…

System Emails Delay
Resolved. MyRec.com has implemented a new email service for our Basic Service that has significantly improved system email deliverability times and reliability. Currently there is a delay in delivery of system emails.
